The short version

Build one for yourself. Do not hand the files on, and do not sell them or anything made from them. Everything below is that sentence in more detail.

What you may do

Download the files and print them for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Build one. That is what the guide is for.
Modify the parts for your own build, your own car, your own printer.
Show what you built. Post it, film it, write about it. A credit and a link back is appreciated but not demanded.

What you may not do

Redistribute the files. Do not re-upload them to model repositories, file lockers, Discord servers or anywhere else. Link to this page instead, so anyone who wants them gets the current version and the context around it.
Sell them, or sell anything printed from them. No selling the files, no selling printed parts, no selling finished wings, no bundling them into a paid product or course.
Pass the design off as your own, or publish a derivative of these files as if you had drawn them.
Use them commercially in any other form without asking me first. Ask, and the answer may well be yes.

These files are shared so people can learn from them and build one. That only keeps working if they stay in one place with their context attached, which is the whole reason for the redistribution rule.

No warranty, and this part matters

These files are a record of a personal project. They are provided as is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for any particular purpose. I am a student who built this on his own car; the parts have not been certified, load-tested to a standard, or independently reviewed.

This is a physical object that attaches to a moving vehicle. If you build one, you are responsible for it: for how it is mounted, for whether it stays on, for whether it is legal to fit where you live, for your insurance, and for anything that happens as a result. One part on the original build fractured in testing, and the guide says which one and why. Read that section before you print.

To the fullest extent the law allows, I accept no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from the use of these files or the guide.
